Feedback and corrections

Passing on to Noryo the correction one of your users proposes for a transaction Transaction Intelligence misread: what feedback is, what it is not, and how to submit it.

View as Markdown

When one of your users tells you that Transaction Intelligence misread a transaction, you can pass the correction they propose on to Noryo from the Retours (feedback) page. It is the channel intended for this: there is no API route for submitting feedback, and your user never comes to Platform themselves. You decide whether to pass it on.

What feedback is, and what it is not

Feedback is evidence. Noryo examines it, cross-checks it with other sources, and may be led to correct something.

Feedback is not a change. It does not automatically change entities, interpretation rules or published accuracy measures, even when it is retained.

1. Identify the transaction

Choose what needs correcting: counterparty or brand, transaction type, activity category, relationship between transactions, recurring series, or another structured correction.

Then quote the enrichment identifier that the API response gave you: it is recommended, and it is what lets Noryo check that the transaction belongs to your workspace. An enrichment can be read back for 30 days; beyond that, quote your transaction reference. A reference that Noryo cannot match to any enrichment is kept as is and marked "non vérifiée" (not verified).

2. Propose the value

Enter the proposed value (200 characters at most), for example the brand's real name, and, if needed, a clarification (500 characters at most).

Attention

Do not pass on your user's identity: no name, no email address, no number. It is not needed to correct an interpretation, and the server refuses a field that contains one.

3. Attest and submit

Tick the transmission attestation shown under the form; its text and version come from the server, and that version is recorded with your feedback. If it cannot be read, nothing can be submitted. Then click Transmettre ce retour (submit this feedback).

A workspace can submit at most fifty items of feedback per day. Feedback submitted from this page concerns the sandbox. Any member of the organisation can submit it.

Following your feedback

The Retours transmis (feedback submitted) list shows, for each item, what it corrects, whether its reference was verified, and its state: submitted, under review, retained as evidence, dismissed, withdrawn by you, or superseded. "Retained as evidence" means that Noryo uses it in its examination, with no automatic change; "dismissed" means that it was not retained.

Feedback is never deleted or edited once submitted: it is withdrawn, from the same list.
