# Developer profile

> The profile that opens the Transaction Intelligence sandbox: what it contains, who fills it in, the phone number declared then verified, and what an incomplete profile blocks.

The [Profil développeur](https://platform.noryo.app/profile) (developer profile) page says who is building and why. It applies to the whole workspace, and it is what admits a workspace to the Transaction Intelligence sandbox: while the profile is incomplete, the server refuses to enable that sandbox and to issue a Transaction Intelligence key. Merchant API does not ask for it.

## What an incomplete profile blocks

| Action | With an incomplete profile |
|---|---|
| Enable the Transaction Intelligence sandbox | Refused |
| Create a Transaction Intelligence sandbox key | Refused, even if the sandbox is already enabled |
| Use a Transaction Intelligence key already created | It keeps working |
| Submit a Transaction Intelligence production access request | Refused |
| Create a Merchant API key | Not affected: the profile plays no part |

The profile can still be edited afterwards. If it becomes incomplete again, existing keys stay listed and keep working, but no new key is issued until it is complete once more. A complete profile does not, on its own, open any production access: see [Production access](https://developer.noryo.app/en-GB/platform/production-access).

## What it contains

| Item | Where it comes from | What is expected |
|---|---|---|
| First name, last name | Typed here, written to your Noryo identity | Your first and last name |
| Email | Your Noryo identity; it is not typed here | A **confirmed** address. Confirmation happens from your Noryo account, not from this page |
| Work phone | Typed here | In international format, country code included (for example `+33612345678`). It is **declared**: no code is sent |
| Organisation or project | Typed here; it renames your organisation | The real name. "Mon organisation", the default name, is not an answer |
| Why Transaction Intelligence? | Typed here | At least twenty characters |
| What are you building? | Typed here | At least twenty characters |
| A concrete use case | Typed here | At least twenty characters |
| Planned integration context | Typed here | At least twenty characters |

## 1. Open the page

Sign in to Platform and open [Profil développeur](https://platform.noryo.app/profile). The page first says "Profil complet" (profile complete) or "Profil incomplet" (profile incomplete); in the second case, it lists what is missing, as the server returns it.

## 2. Fill in the fields

Only an owner or an admin sees the form: filling in this profile commits the organisation. Other roles see the profile's state and what is missing, so that they can understand a refusal, but not the form.

## 3. Save

Click **Enregistrer le profil** (save the profile). The server checks the role, the workspace's availability, then the form of each field; if it refuses, it names the field at fault and its message is shown as is.

## 4. Enable the sandbox

Once the profile is complete, an owner or an admin enables the Transaction Intelligence sandbox from the [Clés d'API](https://platform.noryo.app/keys) (API keys) page. See [API keys](https://developer.noryo.app/en-GB/platform/keys).

## The person responsible for the profile

The profile has a responsible person: whoever saved it. The first name, last name, email and phone it carries are theirs, and their email and phone are shown only to them; other members only see whether they are filled in and confirmed.

When another owner or admin opens the form, the personal fields appear empty: they come from **their own** Noryo identity, not from the responsible person's, and saving the profile makes them responsible in turn. The workspace fields, the organisation and the four written answers, stay prefilled.

## Declared phone, verified phone

The number typed in the profile is **declared**: that is enough for the sandbox. Transaction Intelligence production requires a **verified** number: it is one of its conditions.

Verification does not happen on Platform. It happens on your Noryo identity, by SMS: your identity sends the code and checks it. Platform only **records** the result, and only if the number verified on your identity is the one declared in the profile.

1. Declare the number in the profile, in international format.
2. Have that same number verified on your Noryo identity.
3. On the developer profile page, in the "Vérification du téléphone" (phone verification) section, click **Constater la vérification** (record the verification). Only the person responsible for the profile sees this button.

| What the page answers | What it means |
|---|---|
| Number verified | Your Noryo identity's verdict is copied into the profile, with its date |
| No verification on your identity | Nothing is written: Platform only records what your identity already states |
| Different number | The number verified on your identity is not the one in the profile, and nothing is written. Align the two, then try again |
| No number declared | Fill in the phone number in the profile first |

> **Note** A verified number proves that you can be reached on that number. It proves neither your legal identity nor your authority to bind a company.
